Supporting the screw press dewatering system, GN Separation also delivered a customized automatic chemical dosing unit, which is professionally designed for continuous, efficient and stable polymer chemical preparation and dosing. The entire unit is constructed of high-quality stainless steel and adopts a three-chamber integrated structure, including independent preparation, curing and storage compartments to ensure graded and thorough chemical dissolution.
The unit features simple and intelligent operation. On-site operators only need to add dry powder chemicals to the preparation tank and start the system. The chemical-water mixture first enters the stirring and dissolving chamber for full homogenization, then flows into the curing chamber for sufficient maturation to stabilize chemical activity, and finally transfers to the storage chamber. The well-prepared chemical solution can be automatically and quantitatively delivered to the dosing points via supporting dosing pumps.
This automated dosing system effectively reduces manual intervention and labor costs, improves the efficiency and accuracy of polymer preparation, and maintains consistent dosing stability throughout the sludge treatment process, laying a solid foundation for standardized and high-efficiency sludge dewatering.
