Drilling Fluids Solids Control Centrifuge Unit for overseas drilling company

Recently, GN Separation successfully completed the manufacturing and delivery of several drilling fluids solids control centrifuge units for an overseas drilling company. The supplied equipment will be used for mineral exploration core drilling projects, oil drilling operations, and HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) mud treatment applications.

The project includes multiple sets of GN solids control and mud treatment equipment designed for different drilling conditions and working environments.

Hydraulic Driven Decanter Centrifuge for Core Drilling Project

For the mineral exploration core drilling project, GN supplied two sets of GNLW223D-FHD hydraulic driven decanter centrifuges. The centrifuges are powered by diesel engine driven hydraulic systems, making them especially suitable for remote drilling sites where electric power supply is limited or unavailable.

The GNLW363D centrifuge is widely used in oilfield drilling fluids solids control systems for barite recovery and fine solids removal.
