2026.08.05 Large linear vibrating screen

Different from the traditional circular or elliptical motion vibrating screens widely used in the early mining industry, the GN large linear vibrating screen adopts a mature and optimized pure linear motion design. During the full operation cycle, all materials on the screen deck move along a stable and uniform straight-line trajectory, which effectively avoids the problem of uneven material distribution and local accumulation on the screen surface that often occurs in non-linear motion screening equipment. The complete equipment system is composed of multiple core modules with independent intellectual property rights, including a heavy-duty imported vibration exciter with long maintenance cycle, an integrated high-rigidity screen box, a multi-stage composite vibration damping system assembled from high-elasticity rubber springs, a modular adjustable support structure and a high-efficiency energy-saving drive device. Unlike many screening products on the market that can only be installed in a fixed way, the GNLS3073 series supports both full horizontal installation and flexible layout with adjustable inclination angle within a certain range, which can be quickly adapted to different process links such as coarse ore pre-classification, concentrate dewatering, tailings desliming and dry stacking in mining production, providing extremely high application flexibility for various complex mining application scenarios.

In order to ensure that the equipment can maintain stable performance for a long time in the harsh mining environment full of high-hardness ore impact, high dust, high humidity and long-term continuous load, GN Separation Equipment has applied a large number of advanced structural design concepts and precision manufacturing technologies in the whole process from raw material selection to final assembly and testing. The side plates of the screen box are made of high-quality high-strength alloy steel plates that have undergone multiple times of flaw detection and tempering treatment, which have far better impact resistance and deformation resistance than ordinary carbon steel plates, and can still maintain the integrity of the structure after being subjected to frequent high-strength ore impact for a long time. More importantly, different from the traditional process that relies on a large number of welding to connect various components of the screen body, the main connection structure of the entire screen box adopts imported Huck rivet hydraulic assembly technology. This process completely avoids the hidden danger of structural cracking caused by welding residual stress in the long-term vibration process, and greatly improves the overall structural reliability and anti-fatigue life of the equipment.

Before the official start of production, GN’s senior R&D engineering team, which has more than ten years of experience in the design of mining screening equipment, carried out a full range of finite element analysis (FEA) structural optimization for the customized GNLS3073 unit according to the specific working conditions and process parameters provided by the mining customer. The engineers simulated the stress distribution, vibration frequency and dynamic response of each key component under 24-hour continuous full-load operation, carefully adjusted the vibration parameters of the exciter and the mechanical structure size of the screen body, accurately avoided the resonance risk that may occur during long-term operation, effectively reduced the unnecessary vibration impact of the equipment on the foundation and core components, and further extended the overall service life of the complete machine on the premise of ensuring high screening efficiency.

The GNLS3073 delivered this time is also equipped with an independently optimized vibration beam structure. The supporting cross beam adopts a specially designed rectangular tube structure, which achieves ultra-high structural strength while controlling the self-weight of the equipment within a reasonable range, avoiding the common problem of excessive self-weight of the beam in similar products. All key load-bearing components such as the vibration beam have undergone professional secondary stress-relief heat treatment after welding, which eliminates the internal stress generated during the welding process to the greatest extent, ensuring that the equipment can still maintain extremely stable performance and excellent fatigue resistance even under the condition of non-stop continuous operation for several months.
