The GNDL303 sludge dewatering screw press is a cost-effective, eco-friendly mechanical dewatering solution applicable to diverse types of sludge in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment. It adopts advanced screw extrusion technology to realize uninterrupted solid-liquid separation. During formal operation, the rotating screw propels sludge forward continuously. Along with the gradual change of internal cavity geometry, the sludge is subjected to progressive compression. The synergistic effect of increasing extrusion pressure and precise gaps between fixed and floating ring plates enables efficient water separation from sludge mass while fully intercepting solid particles. This innovative working principle realizes one-stop continuous sludge thickening and dewatering with minimal operational complexity.
To optimize dewatering efficiency, sludge is conditioned with polymeric flocculants before entering the screw press, which promotes dense and stable floc formation and facilitates internal water release from sludge structures. To match the overall operational requirements of the project, GN Separation equips this turnkey package with the self-developed GNSJY3000 chemical dosing unit, ensuring accurate, stable and automatic preparation and dosing of sludge conditioning agents.

The GNSJY3000 dry powder chemical dosing system is a specialized automatic unit for polymer solution proportioning, maturation and storage. The entire equipment body is made of premium stainless steel for corrosion resistance and long service life, with a modular structural design that independently completes chemical proportioning, stirring, maturation and storage. In operation, dry polymer powder and water are accurately proportioned and fully mixed in the preparation module, followed by sufficient stirring to form a uniform preliminary solution. The solution is then transferred to the maturation zone for full curing to ensure stable flocculation activity. After maturation, the qualified polymer solution is stored in the dedicated tank and continuously and quantitatively delivered to the sludge conditioning unit via dosing pumps, maintaining consistent chemical concentration and stable sludge conditioning performance throughout the operation.
The integrated combination of GNDL303 screw press and GNSJY3000 dosing system forms a complete and systematic sludge dewatering solution. Equipped with a mature PLC automatic control system, the entire production process realizes intelligent management of core operating procedures, greatly reducing manual intervention, lowering labor costs and simplifying daily operation and equipment maintenance.
