GN Separation has recently completed the delivery and successful commissioning of a batch of mining vibrating screens for iron ore separation at port facilities. The supplied equipment includes a single-layer High Frequency Vibrating Screen (GNFG1232) and a Large Linear Vibrating Screen (GNLSZ3061). These systems are designed to enhance wet screening, slag separation, and dewatering processes, enabling port operators to improve operational efficiency and replace traditional screening solutions.
GN High-Frequency Vibrating Screens are primarily applied in wet screening, classification, and dewatering of fine-grained materials, and are widely used in mineral processing, coal preparation, and other industrial sectors. This series is independently developed by GN based on the advanced two-degree-of-freedom resonance principle. The screen utilizes a single vibration source driven by dual imported vibration motors, ensuring stable and uniform linear vibration across the entire screen body.
Thanks to this optimized design, GN High Frequency Vibrating Screens offer a large effective screening area, adjustable screen box inclination, compact structure, and excellent performance-to-cost ratio. The unique vibration mode enables energy-efficient operation while maintaining high screening efficiency and large processing capacity. With advanced technology, a simple and robust structure, and stable long-term performance, GN high-frequency vibrating screens are recognized as one of the leading solutions for fine material screening. The screen surface is equipped with high-durability polyurethane screen panels, providing excellent wear resistance, long service life, and consistent screening accuracy under wet operating conditions.
In addition to fine screening applications, the supplied package also includes the Large Linear Vibrating Screen GNLSZ3061, which is mainly used for iron ore dewatering. GN large linear vibrating screens consist of a box-type vibration exciter, screen box, vibration damping springs, support structure, and drive system. The linear vibration trajectory ensures effective water removal and stable material conveyance across the screen surface.
The Large Linear Vibrating Screen can be installed horizontally or at an inclined angle to meet site-specific requirements. It is widely applied in wet classification, dewatering, desliming, tailings dry discharge, and other process stages across mineral processing, coal preparation, aggregate production, building materials, chemical processing, and related industries. The screen deck configuration can be designed as single-layer or double-layer, and the model can be customized according to customer capacity requirements and application conditions.
This successful delivery further demonstrates GN Separation’s strong engineering capabilities and extensive experience in providing customized screening and separation solutions for port operations and the mining industry. GN remains committed to continuous innovation, reliable product quality, and professional technical service, supporting customers worldwide in improving production efficiency and achieving sustainable operations.
