Recently, GN Separation successfully completed the production of two GNLW364 sewage sludge dewatering decanter centrifuges for an overseas environmental protection company.

The GNLW364 decanter centrifuges are equipped with a dual-motor drive system, supported by a three-frequency control cabinet. This advanced control system enables precise adjustment of both the main and auxiliary motor speeds, as well as the feed rate of the external screw pump. As a result, the centrifuge can be finely tuned to meet the specific requirements of various sludge treatment applications, delivering consistent and efficient dewatering performance.

To ensure long-term durability, GN Separation incorporates high-quality tungsten carbide wear protection into critical components of the decanter centrifuge, including the screw conveyor blades and solids discharge ports. In the event of an overcurrent, the PLC automatically initiates a protective shutdown, safeguarding the system from potential damage. Additionally, the centrifuges can be equipped with optional vibration and temperature sensors, providing real-time condition monitoring and early warning of any operational anomalies.
