This integrated system, which includes the high-capacity decanter centrifuge Model GNLW654-VFD and the automated Three-Chamber Flocculant Dosing Unit Model GNSJY2000, is now ready for shipment to an international client and marks another milestone in GN Separation’s commitment to advanced separation technologies.
The GNLW654-VFD decanter centrifuge is engineered to manage the substantial volumes of water-laden slurry generated by construction activities such as tunnel boring machine (TBM) operations, river and lake dredging, and hydraulic excavation. These processes typically produce high-moisture sludge that demands efficient solid-liquid separation. With its robust construction and high throughput capabilities, the GNLW654-VFD delivers reliable performance even in demanding large-scale environments.
One of the standout features of the decanter centrifuge is its Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) control cabinet, which allows operators to dynamically adjust the bowl and scroll speeds to match the characteristics of the incoming slurry.
