11 Sets High Frequency Fine Vibrating Screens for overseas Customer

GN Separation is proud to announce the successful manufacturing and dispatch of eleven sets of high-frequency fine Vibrating Screens, tailored for an overseas client in the mining sector. This batch of precision screening equipment marks another milestone in GN’s commitment to global industrial excellence.

 HighPerformance Vibration Motors
All eleven units are equipped with internationally certified OLI or Martin vibration motors, ensuring stable, highfrequency operation with enhanced efficiency and reliability.

Durable Screen Deck with Polyurea Coating
To combat wear and corrosion in harsh mining environments, the screen decks are coated with polyurea resin. This significantly extends service life, reflecting GN’s emphasis on robust design.

Efficient Feed Distribution
Each unit includes a serrated distributor inside the feeding box to ensure uniform material distribution—boosting throughput and separation consistency.

Buffer Plate Protection
A dedicated buffer plate inside the inlet box absorbs impact energy from feed material, reducing mechanical strain and increasing equipment longevity.

Polyurethane Flexible Screen Mesh
The screens use flexible polyurethane mesh with excellent tear resistance. Each mesh lasts approximately 4–6 months, minimizing downtime and maintenance costs.

GN’s high-frequency fine Vibrating Screens are designed to handle fine particles—with frequency ranges between 15009000 RPM and low stroke amplitude—to achieve efficient stratification and high-precision separation. Operating at an inclined angle (up to 45°), these screens effectively separate undersize and oversize particles, making them ideal for gold ore and fine mineral applications.

In addition to these units, GN’s product line includes HF stack vibrating screens, dewatering linear screens, banana screens, and flip-flow vibrators—offering integrated screening solutions across mineral processing industries.

VerticalElliptical Vibration Mode: Rapid fines stratification via the renowned “popcorn effect,” where coarse particles bounce higher while fines stay close to the mesh, boosting separation efficiency.

Minimal Blinding: The combination of high frequency and low amplitude helps prevent mesh clogging, ensuring continuous operation.

Robust Build: Polyurea coating, buffer structures, and industrial-grade motors translate to strong wear resistance and reduced maintenance overhead.

GN Separation will continue scaling up its exports of highfrequency fine vibrating screens, leveraging its R&D capabilities and quality craftsmanship. The objective is clear: to support global mining operations with efficient, reliable, and durable screening solutions.
