GN 8 Sets Stack Vibrating Screens Ready for Shipment to Domestic Customer

This week, GN Separation successfully completed factory testing of eight high-frequency Stack Vibrating Screens, which are now ready for delivery to a domestic mining customer.

Application of Stack Vibrating Screens in the Mining Industry

In modern mining operations, the efficient classification and separation of minerals are essential for optimizing production and maximizing resource utilization. GN Separation’s stack vibrating screens is widely used in the mining sector for wet screening, classification, and dewatering of fine-grained materials. Its versatility enables it to handle a broad spectrum of materials—from coal to metallic ores—making it a key solution for both large-scale and small-to-medium mining projects.

The modular design of the GN stack vibrating screens allows flexible configuration, ranging from 2 to 5 screening layers, to meet site-specific requirements. This adaptability ensures seamless integration into existing process flows, improving overall productivity and operational efficiency. By precisely separating materials based on particle size, the screen reduces waste, improves recovery rates, and boosts the profitability of mineral processing operations.

Key Features of GN stack vibrating screens

Advanced Vibration Technology
Powered by dual vibration motors, the screen operates on a two-degree-of-freedom resonance principle, producing linear vibration across the entire screen body. This enables high-frequency, efficient screening and reliable classification of fine materials.

High Screening Efficiency & Large Throughput
The optimized screen box design and unique vibration pattern contribute to high screening efficiency and increased processing capacity, making it ideal for high-volume applications in mining.

Energy-Efficient & Cost-Effective
Engineered to minimize power consumption, the screen reduces operational costs. Durable construction and advanced manufacturing techniques ensure long service life and low maintenance, offering excellent return on investment.

Durable Polyurethane Screen Mesh
Featuring a high opening rate of 28–45%, the polyurethane screen mesh delivers outstanding screening performance and has an average service life of over six months. Its resistance to clogging and superior wear resistance ensure consistent operation.

Optimized Feeding System
The feeding box incorporates a unit-combination structure with multi-level buffer steel plates and a material distribution plate, which reduces material impact, protects the screen surface, and extends equipment life.

Corrosion & Wear Resistance
The screen’s exterior undergoes a sandblasting and anti-corrosion painting process, offering excellent resistance to harsh working environments. Contact surfaces are coated with polyurea resin, enhancing wear resistance and durability.

These newly completed units will soon be operational at mining sites across China, where they are expected to significantly enhance the efficiency, reliability, and profitability of mineral processing activities.
