GN Separation has recently completed the manufacturing and delivery of 16 sets of drilling mud decanter centrifuge systems and vertical cuttings dryer packages to an overseas oilfield service company. This delivery represents another important milestone in GN’s continuous efforts to provide reliable and advanced solids control and waste management equipment for the global oil and gas industry.
Each decanter centrifuge system is supplied as a complete unit, including a high-performance drilling mud centrifuge, a lifting frame, and a dedicated feeding pump. The drilling mud decanter centrifuge is designed to efficiently remove fine solids from drilling fluids, helping operators maintain proper mud properties, extend the life of drilling fluids, and reduce overall drilling costs. With the support of the lifting frame and feeding pump, the system offers safe, flexible, and stable operation in demanding field conditions.
Meanwhile, each vertical cuttings dryer package is composed of a vertical cuttings dryer, supporting frame, flushing screw pump, and discharge system. The vertical cuttings dryer is a key technology for oil-based and synthetic-based mud drilling operations, enabling maximum recovery of valuable drilling fluids from cuttings. This not only reduces drilling fluid consumption but also minimizes waste volumes, supporting environmental compliance and sustainable drilling practices.
By supplying these 16 complete sets of advanced separation equipment, GN Separation once again demonstrates its strong manufacturing capability, engineering expertise, and commitment to delivering field-proven solutions. The project also highlights GN’s ability to respond quickly to overseas clients’ requirements and provide integrated equipment packages that enhance efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and improve the economics of drilling operations.
GN Separation will continue to expand its presence in international markets by offering high-quality equipment and customized solutions, ensuring reliable performance for clients in various drilling environments worldwide.
