GN will Showcase Separation and Environmental Technologies at WETEX 2026

GN Separation will participate in WETEX 2026, the 28th Water, Energy, Technology and Environment Exhibition, which will be held from October 20 to 22, 2026, at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), Dubai, UAE.

Visitors can meet the GN team at Hall 4, Booth 4F07 to learn more about GN’s separation equipment, solids handling technologies and environmental treatment solutions.

WETEX has become an important meeting point for companies and professionals working in water, wastewater, energy and environmental technologies. The event brings together equipment manufacturers, technology suppliers, engineering companies, utilities, project developers and environmental service providers, providing opportunities to exchange ideas and discuss solutions for increasingly diverse treatment requirements.

Separation Equipment for Wastewater and Industrial Applications

At WETEX 2026, GN Separation will present a range of equipment designed for solid-liquid separation and solids handling applications.

The main equipment on display will include decanter centrifuges, sludge dewatering screw presses, screw pumps and vacuum pumps.

GN decanter centrifuges provide continuous separation of solids and liquids and can be used in applications such as municipal sludge dewatering, industrial wastewater treatment, oil sludge treatment, mining and other industrial processes.

For applications requiring a simple and compact dewatering system, GN sludge dewatering screw presses offer continuous operation with relatively low energy consumption and straightforward maintenance requirements.

GN also provides screw pumps and vacuum sludge pumps for material transfer and solids handling. These systems can be used for challenging materials with high solids concentrations, poor flowability or other difficult pumping characteristics.

The appropriate equipment configuration can be selected according to the characteristics of the feed material, required capacity, separation objectives and downstream treatment process.

Strengthening GN’s Presence in the Middle East

GN has continued to expand its support capabilities in the Middle East through GN Solids MENA, its UAE-based subsidiary located in Jebel Ali, Dubai.

The local team provides sales and technical support for customers and partners in the region, covering equipment selection, application consultation, project communication, commissioning assistance, troubleshooting and after-sales support.

Having a local presence in Dubai also allows GN to communicate more closely with regional customers and respond more efficiently to project requirements. This is particularly valuable for projects involving customized separation equipment, complete equipment packages and technical support during installation and commissioning.

Chemical Treatment Solutions from GN New Chem

In addition to mechanical separation technologies, GN will introduce the environmental chemical solutions of GN New Chem at the exhibition.

GN New Chem focuses on chemical solutions for:

  • Wastewater treatment
  • Oil sludge treatment
  • Drilling fluid treatment
  • Oil and gas production

Chemical selection is closely related to the characteristics of the material being treated and the target treatment results. GN New Chem therefore focuses on project-specific treatment programs rather than simply supplying individual chemical products.

Depending on the application, factors such as feed composition, water quality, treatment process, equipment configuration, operating conditions and treatment objectives can be considered when developing a suitable chemical treatment approach.

From Separation Equipment to Integrated Treatment Solutions

The participation of GN Separation at WETEX 2026 also highlights the broader environmental technology capabilities within the GN group.

Mechanical separation, sludge handling and chemical conditioning can often form interconnected parts of an overall treatment process. By combining GN Separation’s separation equipment, GN Solids MENA’s regional technical support and GN New Chem’s chemical treatment capabilities, GN can provide customers with a wider range of technologies for wastewater, sludge and oil sludge treatment applications.

This approach is particularly relevant to projects where equipment selection and chemical conditioning need to be considered together to achieve a practical and reliable treatment process.

Meet GN at WETEX 2026

GN Separation welcomes water treatment companies, wastewater treatment plants, engineering companies, environmental service providers, project owners, distributors and industry professionals to visit Hall 4, Booth 4F07 at WETEX 2026.

Visitors are welcome to discuss specific feed materials, separation requirements, sludge dewatering challenges, oil sludge treatment applications and other environmental projects with the GN team.

GN Separation looks forward to meeting customers and partners in Dubai and exploring new cooperation opportunities across the Middle East.
