GN Separation has recently completed the production of a sludge dewatering screw press package for a European customer. The equipment has been fully assembled and inspected at GN’s manufacturing facility and is now ready for shipment to the customer’s project site.
The supplied package consists of a Sludge Dewatering Screw Press and a GNSJY3000 Automatic Chemical Dosing Unit. The two units are designed to operate as an integrated sludge dewatering system, providing continuous and efficient treatment of sludge while reducing its volume and improving the handling characteristics of the dewatered solids.
The GNDL303 Sludge Dewatering Screw Press is designed for continuous sludge dewatering through a combination of gravity drainage and gradual mechanical compression. Its low-speed screw operation helps minimize energy consumption and mechanical wear, while the enclosed design provides a clean and stable working environment. The equipment can be applied to a wide range of municipal and industrial sludge treatment applications.
To improve flocculation and separation performance, the system is equipped with the GNSJY3000 Automatic Chemical Dosing Unit. The unit prepares and delivers polymer solution to the sludge at a controlled rate, supporting effective floc formation before mechanical dewatering. The integrated configuration allows the customer to achieve a more stable and efficient dewatering process.
Prior to shipment, GN’s production and technical teams conducted detailed inspections of the mechanical structure, electrical components, screw press, dosing system, and overall package assembly to ensure that the equipment meets the project requirements.
With the completion of this package, GN Separation continues to expand its supply of sludge dewatering solutions to international markets, providing reliable equipment and practical separation technologies for wastewater and sludge treatment projects worldwide.
