By separating solids and liquid phases more efficiently, the equipment will help the customer recover valuable oil, reduce sludge volume, and improve the overall efficiency of oily sludge management.<\/p>\n<p>The GNLW554-VFD <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gnsolidscontrol.com\/14-inch-high-speed-decanter-centrifuge\"><u>D<\/u><u>ecanter centrifuge<\/u><\/a>\u00a0is a 22-inch\u00a0model\u00a0designed for continuous solid-liquid separation. Depending on the sludge characteristics, processes such as dilution, heating, and chemical conditioning may be applied to improve separation performance.<\/p>\n<p>Inside the centrifuge, high centrifugal force separates the solid and liquid phases. The heavier solids settle against the bowl wall and are continuously transported by the screw conveyor toward the solids discharge outlets. The separated liquid phase is discharged separately for further treatment or oil recovery.<\/p>\n<p>The GNLW554-VFD is equipped with a variable frequency drive system, allowing the bowl speed and differential speed to be adjusted according to the characteristics of the feed material.
